i've been in bed for months trying to recover from a pressure sore on my butt, the discoloration is basically gone and it still kinda hurts if i'm on it very long or stretch my legs apart for any amount of time.
so i was thinking i need to build that butt muscle up.
any suggestions how, i'm c5-c6 quad?
