My Name is Loyde Mcillwain, I have been a T-12 since 2001 after being injured in a fall, I am now hospitalized with some new injury, I had a car accident in Nov 08 and broke C-2, C-3,C-4,C-6,T-1,T-6 along with my pelvis and both arms were broken and nearly severed and a head injury, Its a miracle I did not get any new spinal cord damage, My car flipped more than 900 feet with me hanging out. I was wearing a seat belt.

I am a 16 year Military Veteran, serving in the Marine Corps, Army res and Navy Res
I currently work as a Military consultant/Technical Advisor for a Major series of Military heritage websites

Hi Loyde
That's some lucky escape. You've probably had your share of dramatic accidents now.

Hello Loyde -

More than likely, you'll enjoy this site a bunch. Like Nomis' comment, a friend once told me that each of us is allotted two catastophes during our lifetimes. Two events that change everything. I think you've filled your bill. "Tread lightly," bro.
