Hello! This is my first time on this website and I am very happy to be here. My best friend is paralized from the chest down. We have been friends and more for almost 9 years now. I have a very personal question and kinda shy to ask this but I cant seem to find an answer anywhere and hes not sure of the answer either because hes never really asked about it to a doctor. He can get erections with the help of pills but my question is. Is he able to ejaculate during us having intercourse?
