does some one knows if theres a car insurance for less or something for being paraplegic in califronia?. is there some place where they give you free hand controls? beside UK

I pay about $400 a year with Mercury Ins., the program that the state has was about the same. Medical might pay for controls if they're essential for you to get to medical appointments.
Back to Mobility : Wheelchairs, Scooters & Adapted Cars etc.
