Hello everyone! Is anyone aware of any reduced cost, sliding fee scale, or no cost programs in or around Dallas, TX for physical therapy? I know someone who needs this badly but has no insurance at the moment. I found one facility but they do not handle spinal cord injuries. Any suggestions?

Parkland Memorial Hospital is a county hospital, meaning its covered by the tax payers money. If your friend qualifies for PHP (parkland Health Plan) then he/she can get into to see a SCI doc and get approved for Onsite Outpatient P.T. I think its 2 dollars a session. Check it out.
