Hi all [ dont know why this message keeps getting moved????]

Can you tell me please if others have this;

If I NEED the bathroom then my legs and arms get worse so it becomes harder and slower to get to the bathroom....what a cruel thing!

If I use my arms too much and that being too much can vary then my legs get slower and vice versa can be something like changing the duvet or using a dustpan and brush that sets things in motion to get worse.

Bending over definately makes things worse ie slower I then feel tireder

If I CONTINUE BEYOND FEELING worse either legs or ams then pain kicks in like the back and neck and the legs and arms.

If I get too cold I SHiver , teeth chatter really out of proprtion etc.

When feeling worse my bladder gets worse more frequent and/or hesitantcy.

Guess I am asking do others experience these things and how do you cope etc. Is it just a case of having to slow down rest ect. But somethines even rest doesnt do it I still feel heavy weak etc.

PLEASE DONT JUST READ THIS GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK!!

Hi,

The subject title is asking if the fatigue is spasticity, that is why it has been moved to the spasticity section.

i can't offer any suggestions, but for me it sounds the same as you.
At the moment, my legs are heavy, tight, painful. I get loads of spasms and am really tired. But resting doesn't help,

sometimes i feel like giving up.
