My husband suffered a SCi on Aug.14, 2005 at c7, incomplete. Besides dealing with a new way to live, he also suffers from psoriasis and arthritis. Is there anybody else out there with all three conditions???? the Dr.s here don't have any suggestions except topical treatments. Most of the effective medications for PA lower ones immune system and with his risk of UTIs no one will but him back on that. But on the other hand, his psoriasis is out of control which makes skin care that must harder as a SCI..it is sometimes hard to determine a pressure sore from a psoriasis breakout. If anyone has any suggestions We would greatly appreciate it.
thanks
Sharon
