I'm a t4 incomplete Asia B and am in my third year post injury. One of my many frustrations is the lack of progress in finding and building my abs and back muscles. I'm really tired of the weebles wobbles unsteadiness and wonder if anyone has found a way to recover the suckers. Any advice will be tried. thanks

Assisted Situps work well. Try to use as little arm muscle as possible. If you do them everyday untill you cant anymore you will prb see results. Also sit on the edge of your chair and hold yourself up without using your arms. It is a balancing act at first but if you do it alot it becomes easier and muscles do start to come back after awhile. You are at the same point I am.
