Hi, the doc says I need to do cathetherisation at maximum 6 hours. Does it mean that my sleep will be affected as i need to disrupt my sleep to do cathetherisation?

However, after 12 hours of sleep, my urine is about 350-400 cc. Is it oki, or is there other factors that I need to cathetherise at 6 hours max?

If you can manage to sleep without being catheterized, that's just hunky dory - 350 - 400 is no problem (unless you are very small?)
The reason for their concern is that they don't want your bladder to get filled beyond capability - this can in severe cases lead to kidney damage, because the urine can run back up into the kidney, so be cautious but don't loss sleep over it ;)
Smile! See me:)

Topper's right on point. I don't drink as much before bed time, so I don't cath for upwards of 8-9 hours until morning. Try it for 8 and see how it affects you first.

I also get shivers up my spine sometimes, although it's much rarer now, letting my body know I HAVE TO RELEIVE MYSELF.
