Hi

I wonder if I am the only one having these things or do others please tell me!

Firstly I seem to have a problem with my feet , one minute they are OK the next out of the blue ....its like I have sprained ONE of my feet or something, the pain is like across the middle area of the foot. Its then difficult to walk on and I have to hobble etc which is real fun as I ALREADY HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES!
Sometimes it goes as quickly as it arrived, soetimes its last a couple of days.

Secondly, One of my knee has a tendency to buckle why is this?

Thirdly, sometimes I am overcome with like shivers down the back but waves of them down my body, feel very cold, pee more frequent, and limb jerks/spasms in my legs seem more prevalent as does the buzzing etc then I feel anxious like on edge and sort of weird. These episodes can last around an hour or so and again come out of the blue!

Please let me now if you have these thigns or know why I do!! Thanks .

The foot issue sounds like muscle cramps. I get cramps in my feet where it feels like the bones in the centre are actually being pulled up out of place by the muscle. It's very painful. Over the years, I've found that it happens most often when I'm very tense, and I'm working the whole day, not giving my body any relaxation time. I need to lie down, read a book, let the body just unwind.

The feet thing - when mine get cold it feels like me heel bones are coming out of my feet. Very painful. I have learned it is when my legs and feet are really cold and I don't know it.

The shiver stuff - I get these real weird "waves" too and sometimes I feel like I am going to pass out but I never have. I really believe it is happening when stool is moving through my bowels. Because a little while after this, I will feel pressure like I need to have a bowel movement. I have about 2 minutes to get to a toilet or I have an accident. This is VERY consistent so that is why I think it has to do with my bowels. Maybe it is a form of AD but I am T10 and so I don't know.

It sounds like your spine and/or hips are twisted up. I had both of these symptoms and they have gone away as i work with a posture specialist. Look here:

Something similar happens to me on my bad days, or a mild version every afternoon between 3:30 and 7:30 at night. It is the witching hours. The anxiety is just an emotional aspect of the hypertonia (tightness). It feels emotional because it is the same thing our muscles do when we have a mental reason for anxiety.
