I have a handcycle for sale if you're still looking for one. I actually bought it from Scott at bike-on.com.
It's a Bob Hall handcycle with Shimano STI shifter and off-road wheels. I paid 1800 when I bought it last year...i can sell it to you for 1000 plus shipping.
