He can't remember bumping it but does have a sick feeling in his stomach.i'm a little concerned.
Was just wondering if anyone else had the same, it can't be an infection as he is taking very strong antibiotics for the ostyomilitus, and has been on them for around four .
thanks maria

He could have hurt it while transfering over from one place to another or it could be a hernia<---i think thats how you spell it...lol anyways one thing for sure he should get it checked out by a doctor.

Being my most redeeming feature, I guard the sucker as would a lioness her cubs.
The Doc's at the VA hospital (who appeared drunk at the time, one stinking of gin, the other with dried vomit crusted upon his chin and shirt) told me not to worry about it, that it would probably dry up and fall off within a few days.
Thus armed with the belief that my embiggened testicle would be ameliorated, all my fears and anxieties evaporated slowly into the ozone, never to be heard from again.
Well, not exactly.
I was actually told it wasn't the testicle at all, but the sack within which it resides that was the guilty party. Sometimes the walls of the scrotum will get really thick with fluids and such and cause the aforementioned testes, one or both, to appear much grander than they really are.
Damn it Jim, I'm a paraplegic not a doctor! So I can't be sure of your friend's situation but I'd have him quick to a medical professional. They would know best.
E-dog / having gone from tenor to falsetto in the time it takes a testicle to drop off and roll to the curb
I will nevah, EVAH take a pinch from a greasy muddahf*@kah like you!
How 'bout if I spell it out for ya. D-I-L-L-I-G-A-F

Go and see a doctor. It's a swelling, it's continuing, and he has nausea. Go and see a doctor. It could be a hernia, or a twist in the vessels supplying and/or draining the testicle.

I had a swollen left nut just before xmas...i thought i had sat on it getting in and out of the car...4 days pasted and it didnt go away...i called the doc who gave me some meds for it.
Then after a week it didnt go down and my arse started to swell too......after an opperation to open my arse to drain the gunk and a 3 day spell in hospital it was gone...so yes get it looked at very soon unless you like the look of said swollen nut.

Years ago I had a swollen left ball due to a bad UTI, the infection had travelled into my ball via the Vas; its called "Orchitis".
I'm not suggesting your guy has the same, as there are numorous causes, which a Dr needs to diagnose.
Mine was painful plus I had high temp so it was a bad UTI... I ended up having my ball removed and the 'snip' to the other ball to prevent any more infections travelling down the Vas...
I hope he gets it sorted.
At least I can sing higher than E-Dog....

Exactly.
There are certain things that you should never wait and see with. A couple of examples: swelling when you don't remember any impact, or the impact was more than what you'd describe as "light"; tightness in your chest; headaches that last longer than a couple of hours and don't go away after drinking water/eating/resting; abdominal cramps that don't go away after you've rested. I know everyone here has spent far too much time with doctors and in hospitals, and in many cases these things might be nothing, but wait-and-see is a dangerous gamble with some symptoms.
I'll roll away from my soapbox now.

After the female doctor spent ages on her knees examining him (i think she just like the feel in her hands ) she got a male doctor in who said that it was a water infection.
They'v given him antibiotics to go with the ones that hes already taking, and if it dosn't go down within 48 hours then their goin to admit him for iv meds again.
Thanks again,
maria
