Hey all.. what's the best solution to cutting meat in the kitchen? I have a simple rocker knife, but maybe i need a special cutting board?

Well, are you talking about adaptive knives? Because I normally use a 6" fillet knife...

yea, my brother has just finished rehab and i want to order to useful tools for our kitchen.. i think the adaptive tools look like a good start?

That's what I had in mind.. My brother just got done with rehab so we're trying to get him some nifty tools for the kitchen. Awesome!

I agree with KD!... After spending a little time looking around, she found a really great setup! Especially with that cutting board! :mfrlol:

An essential for me is having a sturdy board big enough to sit comfortably across my knees - best position for cutting, space to put things and wherever I go in the kitchen it's right there with me. Hint - don't move quickly with anything perched on it.

The big board is handy for holding pots/pans while moving them about, also. Too easy to spill or drop things using only one hand. Helps even more when they are hot.
