i saw on discovery health channel that one girl had surgery in portugal, and had stem cells from the brain and then inserted to the spine. it has improved her stablity and walking ablitly from 0%- to now 40%. she is still in a chair, but now walks everyday with help, i'm actually getting surgery on my legs soon.
