Does Anyone No Much About Arachnoiditis?

Hello,

Does anyone know much about arachnoidtis? I have that and epidural fibrosis, with post laminectomy syndrome. Also was informed that I have cervical degerative disc disease over 4 vertibra's.

I was going to get a spine stimulator but ins won't cover, I keep reading no cure but I have been feeling worse, what can I expect?
