Has anyone heard of handcycling? A handcycle is a tricycle that you pedal with your hands. Handcycling is great for building upper body strength, while enjoying a low-impact sport. I recently purchased a handcycle from Intrepid Equipment and it was one of the best decisions of my life. Intrepid Equipment is dedicated to providing the highest quality and most affordable handcycles on the market. At only $1599 USD it is a offer which you cannot refuse. Check them out.

I have a hand cycle and love it. I got while still in Burwood Hospital and it kept me sane and happy. No-one would take my bike out for a ride, even though they were interested. I think this was because they were scared. I would like to go down to Burwood for a week at a time and take people for rides, BUT Burwood doesn't have a handcycle. I would love a hand cycle to be donated to Burwood Hospital, to give people hope, happiness and freedom.
