On Monday, I am having a facet joint injection. My pain has gotten to the point where I can't do some very basic stuff. But, I am immensely fearful of needles. It's going in my lumbar region, so I won't really be able to watch, but all the same, I am so full of anxiety about this. Anyone here had them and can offer me some advice on what to expect....how to prepare?
Thanks!
Stella

Never had them but I hope everything goes well.
- learn from the past, live for the present and hope for the future.
