There's lot of ideas in the Sports area, definitely. A few to try:

Skiing (using a mono ski or bi ski, depending on level of function)
Surfing (check out http://www.liferollson.org)
Horseback riding (I am a T8 inc, I ride)
Snow mobiling/ATVs (a whole thread in the Motorsports area)
Wheelchair sports like tennis, basketball, or rugby
Sledge hockey
Handcycling

There's definitely lots to do out there! One of the most amazing organizations is this one here out in Mammoth Lakes http://www.disableds...sternsierra.org and they are super awesome people. Their website can at least give you more ideas.
