Has anybody with a spinal injury ever had a twisted/ tilted pelvis? If so, how did it get treated? I was in hospital in december and when i came home my wife noticed one leg considerably shorter than the other when she was helping me get dressed and when i sit in my chair i am now getting squinter by the day, with one side of my pelvis pointing upwards and outwards whilst the other is halfway round my backside. The spasms and sweating are crazy, so i know something is hurting. I know it's an easy process if you are able bodied to get it manipulated back into place but for a paraplegic i am unsure, so any experiences of such a situation would be appreciated as i am going to the doctor on Monday and sometimes they are not much good with me... i need to give them the diagnosis half the time!

many thanks
