The lift belonged to my mom and is in great condition. I also have the complete detailed installation and service manual. It originally sold for approximately $16,000 new. If anybody has a need for this item, please contact me. I also have the name and phone number of a licensed elevator installer who can answer more questions and install it if necessary.

I'm asking $5,000 for the elevator (OBO). Depending on the state you live, you'll need to have it installed by a professional elevator contractor.
