I got my honda element from them which i do love but since had problems with it, and it seems they dont care. first working with them they seemed so realiable. then $27,400 later it takes months to get anything resolved with them.
anyone else go through them? what is your experiance?

I was warned by a friend about them. Seems they have done the same thing to several people. I see their advertisements all over the net though. Used to get email ads for them too. I used to think they were just spammers, now I know they're fulltime scammers. (I wouldn't have gotten anything from them anyway. I like to have as little modification done to my vehicle as possible. I'm actually taking the lift out of the bed of my truck soon.) I wish there weren't so many crappy people in the world.

Hi all, good to hear that people are posting about companies which hold themselves out as being the best then experience says different. Sometimes the only way to counteract the huge amounts these companies spend on hype and adverts is to get the word out like this. It's just a shame in this modern world companies don't spend as much on quality assurance programs as they do on self promotion. Then word of mouth would ensure they got repeat dealings with people and new customers, not just one time only deals. Thing is, their website looks pretty convincing so plenty more could get poor service without the wrod getting out.

Seems the same with the two wheelchair suppliers I have workrd with, so far. Getting a return call from them is a two to three month effort.

Getting service is even worse.
