Hi. I have a roll-in shower in my bathroom, and after almost 17 years, we're looking to scrap it and start all over. I have a tile floor and I'd like to get one of those one piece floors made of something like acrylic. Tile has just been too much maintenance for a shower floor, plus we've had it leak a few times. What makes it difficult is that my dimensions are approximately 65" X 58". If anyone has any directions to lead me in - companies or web sites, please let me know.
Thank you.
Bruce

Hi. Thanks for the replies. One little hitch is that I'm in suburban NY.
I did speak with my county office that deals with home modification grants for the disabled, but I wasn't impressed with the companies they refered me to. The local OTs by me don't have too much exposure to spinal cord injuries, but I'll try calling Mount Sinai in NYC.
I'm still open to suggestions though.
Thank you.

Bruce, my son became a paraplegic recently and I had to remodel our home to accomidate his new needs. I used a Lasco fiberglass one piece roll in shower and it is working out great.
It has a padded shower seat and a hand held shower head.
Check it out on www.lascobathware.com
you may have to furr in a wall to get the proper width and i think it comes in a couple of different depths(front to back dimension).
look at their freedom line, we used the 1603-BFST.
Good Luck!
Rick.

Hi Bruce.
Try Easibathe on 0191 460 2777 they supply shower trays in allsorts of types - I am currently looking at a sunken 'sump' with a plastic slatted grill over the top therefore no need to slope the floor.
size 1000mm x 1000mm with wall mounted seat to go into new en suite.
This company fit bathrooms into a place in the Lakes I visit for holidays.
Keep me posted!
