I'm a C5 C6 Quad. I Have pretty severe curvature that causes me to Lean on my right elbow as I'm uneven & Can't sit straight....

First off. I Weighed in at 138 the last time I was in the hospital - I'd say Tops!!! I'm 145 - I Still need another Good Weight Weigh - Quad belly sucks & a curve & bend at my lower lombard does'nt help....

2nd I Can work out at the Gym with those hand straps that have the hooks on them - So I need to get back to this - IE Lat pull downs & pulling the upper cable to my chest...

My Question is this. What Exercises can I do to Burn calories in the chair??? I Currently put my arm straight at my side shoulder width & go up n down like I was trying to fly - I Also do this with my arms in the Chicken wing position FOR a Total of 15 minutes <I WANT to increase it> - So I Ask - What other options exercises are there???? BTW I Use thera band for My Bi ceps Also...

I Read about the Table pedal cycle??? Can quads use it??? I Have No hand use & curled fingers...

All Opinions Welcome
