I'm not familiar with any of your disorders and I apollogise for that, but I do know pain and doctors! Don't be afraid to pester your doctors if your medication isn't working, you have to make them understand a lot of times. If you know of a medication that works better for you than what they have you on now, don't be afraid to let them know and politely insist they try that instead. Hang in there!!
Thanks so much for your reply, unfortunately my family phycisian has no idea what kind of pain I am in and until I get to see my new Pain Management dr. he is very conservative about issuing any class II narcotics. In our small town the kids around here hold up pharmacys all the time, I use to work for one not just 1 year ago, and the feds around this area are making sure that the doctors do not over-right scripts for fear of abuse. Meanwhile those of us that need it have to wait for pain management doctors that are so backed up with patients it takes over 2 months to see a good one.
My diseases and such was due to a failed laminectomy that I feel was the doctors fault, somehow I had a tear in my spinal cord and he had to go back in and stitch it and when the second op was done the pain in my legs and back kept getting worse. He dumped me because of insurance pressure, afterwards the pain was getting soo bad I saw a neuro whom did a ton of new tests found that I had all these different things wrong with me, the cervical is me and the lumbar is from the 2 ops. Neither one can be operated on which my husband said he kill the next one that comes at me with a scaple

and I believe he just might LOL.
I will make a call tomorrow to my pcp again and see if I can see him and explain this dose isn't working either, so be the 22nd 2 10mg 2xs a day is even going to be worse.
Thanks for letting me vent a bit here,
Nipper
