I have been noticing that sometimes, not all the time, I will do a lift and just get light headed and i have to sit back down. Usually along with that my head feels really hot afterwards and i get a headache. Like i said it isn't all the time.
has anyone else had problems with this?

not sure if this will help because i have low blood pressure constantly, but when i strain my body to stand, lift up, etc. i get light headed. it goes away when i sit back down too. not sure what could be causing yours though, but just thought youd like to know its happened to someone else.

well i did go the doctor for a check up and my heart rate was way high and my blood pressure was low. but then i went again to re-check it and it was normal.. that may be why but im not sure why it would go up and down like that.
thanks for the info!
