Hello,

Has anyone heard of the use of depo-medrol in use during a lumbar laminectomy at the end of surgery because of inflamed nerve root, 40 ml were placed in the space followed by fibillar over the laminectomy sites.

I have heard that using Depo-medrol in direct connection with open nerves is not a good thing? I have developed Arachnoiditis and am wondering if this could have any way brought this on.

Before op no sign after several mri's, ct's, ect.

Hope someone out there can really help me with this, I am getting desperate trying to find the cause of my loosing my ability to walk, stand, chronic pain, loosing control of bladder and sometimes bowels.

Desperately thanking anyone for help,

Nipper :mfrlol:
