Hey Guys,

I don't post on this forum as much as I should, but I thought I'd share a little photo shoot that I had with my car the other week. I use to drive a Subauru STI that was modified in ordered for me to drive it. I know it was posted on this forum somewhere. Driving a manual became to much of a hassle so I switched to the new Mitsubishi Evo X MR that uses the dual clutch system. It's the closest I'll ever get to a manual again, lol. If you were wondering, I use "Sure Grip" hand controls to operate the car. Perfect for track days!! Anyway, enjoy!

Wow, cool car. Great photos. Do you have any pics of the hand control and gearshift set up?

I fixed the link in the first post. If you follow the link and then go to the main gallery, there's a photo album called "hard knock life". There's some pics of the hand controls in the STI and in the Evo.

That is a really nice car blckchns. I've always preferred tha Lancer to the Imprezas, but I was not sure about the X for a while, but it has grown on me. Yours is the nicest I have seen so far. Perfect for trackdays. http://www.caterham....rlightr500.html I might have to get one of these to give you some competition!

Not fake Cubanito but photo shopped to make it look more appealing in a magazine or on a website. I presume you've read Playboy - they do the same to their models. :P

Thanks for fixing the link blckchns.

I was always a suby guy. Not anymore, the new sti is not very pretty...in fact it makes me look hot. I love the idea of those flappy paddle gearboxes. The dual clutch design in the lancer is a nice piece.

Any engine tuning?

Yeah, I'm not feelling the new Suby either. I think they made a mistake making it a hatch.

I'm having the car dynoed next week so I can get a baseline. After, I'll start adding mods and get her tuned.

Neat car. The EVO X MR was my other choice , but I decided to go with the RWD platform of the M3 SMG instead. Never been a big AWD fan.

Do you use a knob as well or no?

That's a hell of a lot of photoshop.
