I know some meds can make your appitite change.. along with depression. I gained some weight right out of the hospital, i was depressed. but by now i have lost all the weight, maybe more. Some days im fine.. but then some days i just dont feel hungry.. this in turn messes with my bowel as well.
anyone else have any problems like this?

With me it is related to how much pain I am in. So in winter I hardly eat at all & so I loose quite a bit of weight then, and in the summer I am feeling a lot better and so I feel back up to eating and am able to put on a little bit of weight before winter rolls around again.

have you tried taking some Vitamin B complex pills? I have a problem with appettite too. When I get so I'm hardly eating at all, I start taking some for a few days and my appettite improves alot. The B complex does alot for bowel comfort as well for me, but it does tend to make the nerves perk up alot also which can rev up the spasms and pain just that much at times.
