Yeah, those Hummers you see on the street are not real Hummers. Like Dave said, it's just got the Hummer body. These idiots who buy the Hummers are total fools.

Perhaps it says more about the Kiwi attitude to disabled parking than it does the Hummer as I have seen a parking warden do something similar in the Sideswipe column.
