Quadriplegic Losing Weight

My bestfriend was in a car accident. She is a Quadriplegic with a brain injury. She has put on alot of weight and I am having a hard time helping her to lose it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your friend. Im a c-5 c-6 incomplete quad and am looking too loose weight..........check out the health and diet forum..............I would do it but cant find it. If you find it contact me.............
