Back Cramps

Hey all, I have a question. Have any of you had no spasms/cramps for two yrs or more post injury, and then just started having random back cramps? I still haven't had leg spasms (knock wood), but the back cramps are getting crazy. I have an appointment with a doctor, but wanted to see if anyone else had any similar experience.
