I used to have problems with my blood preasures to drop suddenly to the 50's and rise to the 200's in the 6th to 8 th hour of taking oxycodone .....however since I just started taking only the instant release morphene i have NO MORE PROBLEMS !!!! What seemed to be my problem was the latter timed pellets would desolve in my colon and trigger the Dysreflexia !!!!
