Hi, everyone i went to the abilities expo a few weeks ago in Edison N.J, they had lots of good products there one that caught my eye was an enema called Enemeez.I got some samples because there suppose to help you do your bowel program in 15 minutes,my current program lasts for 2 hours on the magic bullet.I tried them twice the've reduced my time so far down to 30 minutes the vender said that it takes time for the body to adjust to them(about a month) so ill keep you guys posted im so happy with the results so far though.......
