Hi there Fastwheels
I have used Urispas recently for my bladder spasms, and whilst I found it didn't work as I liked, because of the severity of the the UTI, after a 7-day course of anti-biotics, I was prescribed an anti-spasm called DITROPAN.

This the Dr. says to only use when you feel a spasm coming on, i.e. pressure by bladder and ?leakage.

The Ditropan helpes immensely as I see when I feel the pressure and then leakage, I immediately take a Ditropan and its effect is almost instantaneous. So have a look for the assigned name of Ditropan overseas and tryit out.

The leakage is from the immense pressure of the spasm and should subside after anti-biotic treatment.

Hope this helps. Let me know if it does work for you.
