Many of you have expressed your thoughts with regards to our deeply missed member known as Scribbler; aka Scribs. Scribs will be undergoing cataract surgery on Tuesday morning, May 26th.

Several of you also know another member, Charly, who is the fiancée of Speedy. Charly was admitted to hospital sometime after 4pm UK time for complications due to her physical condition.

Your thoughts, best wishes and prayers for them both would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to all, I will keep you posted as to their progress

Jerry

Scribs is tough as nails. I know he'll be alright.
Here's hoping Charly stays out of harms way.

To both, a speedy recovery.

I will keep them both in my thoughts, thank you Jerry.

Hi stillfingers

You beat me to it....

I am sure we all wish scribbs well .His posts have been missed by many and it will be great to have him back on the boards.

I 'spoke' to him last night and he is in good spirits ( not the ones out of a bottle ) and in a positive frame of mind.

I have no doubts in my mind that they'll both see a speedy recovery.

I'll keep them in my thoughts.

If I said prayers, they would all be in them,,,,, since I don't, being in my thoughts will have to suffice.

Hope they are all well soon.

I had cataract surgery just over 18 months ago thanks to the steroids I was on. Not the most fun I've had in an afternoon. I'm sure scribs will be fine.

Hope they both recover quickly.
