It's OK. Online videos are very rarely closed captioned, in fact I havent seen a single one yet that is! I remember back when I was a kid, very few TV shows were closed captioned. Over the years, more and more TV shows became closed captioned, and now 99% of all TV shows and movies are closed captioned! I know online videos will follow the trend and eventually be much more commonly closed captioned.

I'm really looking forward to that porch! My house before here had a big old wrap around porch. On hot summer nights, I used to put my son to bed, get the baby monitor (it had lights so I'd know if my son was crying), get a glass of wine, and sit on the swing on the porch. It was nice.

You can sit on my porch, but you gotta BEHAVE yourself, and one of my dogs will be sitting between us to make sure, and please bring a joint. And if that's a Harley your riding, I'll be wanting a ride! Lots of beautiful roads to go riding through in the thumb!

Got alot done to get this house ready for the open house!!! In the past week, I have pulled thousands of weeds, laid 15 bags of mulch, pulled out a section of picket fence, scrubbed bird bath/fountain and plugged it in and got it all set up, and today I power washed the house and the fence and mowed the front and back yard. I used the leaf blower on the driveway and sidewalks and got it all swept up. the house looks better than it ever has. Tomorrow I will windex every single window inside and out, take a bunch of stuff out of the garage and take it to storage, and start super cleaning the interior. On top of all that work, I did a 45 minute work out and walked my greyhound mix for 3 miles. I'm gonna sleep good tonight!!!!

Sunday is the open house. It is soooooo important we get an offer! I will be moving wether or not we get an offer, but I dont want to take the furniture till we do get a solid offer as the house shows best with furniture. It would really suck to live in a big old empty house with no furniture!

Wow!
You sound REALLY motivated. A big part of you's been waiting a long time for this. Kids holding up ok?
Do they have medical marijuana where you are? Not that I would EVER advise such a thing. Just curious.

Serve some appetizers at the open house. Everyone loves free food.

I havent told and of you this, but when I am stressed, I tend to not be able to eat, and if I force feed myself I end up throwing it up. It really, really sucks when this happens. I am a VERY active person and like ot be go, go, go, and I LOVE to do my workouts. Tony knows when I get stressed, I cant eat, and therefore I am too weak to exercise. A friend suggested he may be causing that on purpose. At first I thought, no way! But I have been watching him the last couple days, and starting to think it is true. This morning, I sat down to eat my pre work out meal, and Tony started in on what kind of parenting schedule we would do if we couldnt get the house sold, and it was the most horrible sounding plan. Naturally I got sick and was unable to eat, which screwed up my whole morning. I dont know for sure if he is messing with my eating problem on purpose or not, but gee is he is, talk about EVIL!

E-Dog, yes, medical marijuana is legal here in Michigan. Been wishing I had some to help with my appetite! The days leading up to telling my husband I wanted the divorce, I was a mess. Yesterday, I confronted my husband about some of the downright hurtful and non productive things he says. He says he wants to make me hurt like he does. Does he think I wanted to hurt him and I did this just for the sole purpose of hurting him??? I made myself sick with the dread of how much telling him I want a divorce would hurt him, and here he is ENJOYING making me hurt. f*@k am I ever glad I am leaving him!!!!

And a couple days ago, another convo we had, was I confronted on him acting like he was high and almighty because he was not the one who wanted the divorce, so therefore he was better than me. I had a lightbulb moment, and said, "So let me get this straight, the fact that you dont want to divorce your PERFECT wife makes you a really, really good guy???? Hello moron! Of course you dont want to divorce me! I have been a FANTASTIC maid, cook, caretaker, arm candy, etc. You yourself have called me the perfect wife. How the hell does your not wanting the divorce make you a great guy???? He shut up after that. :dancegirl:

Emily,

Light bulb on moments are very empowering, I'm glad you're standing firm on both feet...what a fool Tony is.

My best to you and no worries about the porch, I don't bite and I'm very much in love with a beautiful woman, 18yrs now and going strong.

Keep moving forward, taking care of yourself and your kids and best of luck selling the house.

XO Jerry

Bring your woman, everyone is invited, we'll have a little party on my porch!!!! :dancegirl: I'll cook up some big juicy steaks on the grill!

By the way, I sense my husband knows I am waaay stressed that this house be sold so he can be closer to his kids and not have to deal with the house. I've decided to quit being so stressed about it. I more than did my part to help it get sold. After tomorrow, whatever happens, I am washing my hands of it. And I am taking the furniture wether or not the house is sold.

This guy Tony is not a bone-head.
He's a bone-head and a half. He doesn't want a divorce so he's the good guy. You do so you're the bad guy. So typical. Ya stretch n' pull, add a little this n' take out some of that and in yer head you're the perfect person. That's what's known as a fine tuned state of mind. Delusional to say the least. Far out!

His loss. You was a good catch. Too bad so sad.

As far as the "stress thing" goes, here's a question for ya.
Have you and the younguns survived up till now? Eaten? Kept a roof over your heads? Of course you have. (or maybe you simply don't exist, which would make me the delusional one here not Tony) What this means is this: ANY stressing you've done in your life right up to this very moment has been for absolutely nothing. Right?

If there's a solution, why worry? If there's no solution, why worry?

Medium rare would be great! I'll bring the beer and make some guacamole. Is it OK if I teach the kids how to throw knives and cuss in Spanish? They love that sorta stuff. :dancegirl:

There is going to be one hell of a celebration across the globe when you are settled into your nice new home... hell I've gotten a pallet dragged around the back garden (I lack in decking - but hey, it's all wood right?) to sit on and the BBQ ready and waiting to join in with the steaks!

You know he's only trying to mess with you and hurt you because he knows he doesn't stand a chance in winning back your love, in making you stay... he hasn't even tried to fight to keep you in a positive way as most partners would if they truly loved the other. But you're strong enough to beat all of that without even having to resort to sending E-Dog round to let down his chair tyres.

Keep going you're almost there!
