I want to propose an advice to all quads - please check up your BP when you lie down.
The only manifestation of Autonomic dysreflexia may be high BP – no sweating, no flushing, no headache, etc. This can lead to damage of the heart, eyes and other organs.

I was not aware that my BP is rising at night until I bought a wrist measuring device.
I was shocked when it showed 180/90 early in the morning. When I’m on my chair it is 100/70 or lower.

So please check your BP at night when you are still lying and later we can discuss what the treatment for this condition is.
