hi everyone hopes you all enjoying the sun

ok had me chair for 3 or 4 year now and the back looks like i've had it for the last 22, its all worn at the top and to be honest don't look good

ok i'm against paying 50 quid for a new one of the same quality coz after a year it was looking bad

so anyone any ideas where you can get a good quality back from that would fit and wouldnt be worn away within the year

cheers

I have the Corbac from Ride Designs on my Quickie Ti. It's great. Just last week I met someone who also has a Corbac on her chair and she also really likes hers. She's a lower level quad, and I'm a T8 para so the Corbac really works for a whole bunch of injury levels. With any back, you just get the size that will fit the width of your chair ie. 15", 16", etc., so fitting one to your chair shouldn't really be an issue. If you have an occupational therapist, it's a good idea to get them to help you find a back that works for you.

Have a word with Brian at Cover-Plus, he'll sort you something out. I've used him a couple of time now and its always top class work.

Hi mark,

I had the same problem! I replaced mine recently after 3years, and actually got a new one off the Nhs, as your entitled to a free 1, I thought I'd give one ago! Fits well and it's a quickie one, quite a sturdy and substantial material. Will do the job!

Hope that helps!

Everything will be alright in the end, if it's not alright then it's not the end!
