In rehab my hubby would play cards with some higher level quads. They would use a card holder.. sorta like this one...

But my hubbies is on more of an angle. I am sure you could find better ones if you searched.

And then punch holes in the cards. And then use a straw to slide through the hole in the card...

I usually only play with friends and family, so usually just get the person next to me to show me my cards without anyone seeing them. But i have seen this device online which looks like a great job!

Just get a friend to cut a piece of wood, about 9" long. then saw slots in it at an angle. If you're playing with AB people, they can easily slot the cards in for you, and if you angle it right no one else can see them. I think I've still got one in a draw somewhere, which my wife made for me.
