I'm just starting wheelchair tennis again and looking for some advice on a few things.

Firstly where is good to get tyres and inner tubes? I'm in the uk. Is there any adavntage to the presta valve? I hate them and prefer the normal schrader valve as my electric pump works better on them.

Next...any tips for movement? I'm getting better, but the movement is definitely the hardest bit!

Also what grip do you tend to use on your racket? My hand grip has worn out seriously quickly from pushing.

Anything else to consider? Should I use a smaller hand grip to make it easier to push for example?

Thanks, Ryan.

Tubes are just your preferance and availability for you - not sure on where since I'm in the US

Movement - always keep rolling, never stop or back up. practice at least 3X per week if you can - that will make it more comfortable to you.

I use a leather grip. It does not wear as quick but it gets a little slippery at times. Don't use a smaller grip. You'll need to proper grip to enable you to grip the racket and hit the ball properly.

Good luck!!
