OK BF was going to see a friend of his. On his way back home he saw some commotion going on with one of the neighbors.

On the sun-shield (the huge ones you unfold to have in the window while parked) this guy wrote "Ha ha cops ticket this! Look I'm parked in handicapped zone with out permit.". This guy had stolen a handicapped parking sign & nailed it up on his garage. Well well well what do you know......that made his own driveway a legal disabled parking space; so he got a ticket for parking in a disabled parking space without authorization + he got busted for having stolen the parking sign in the 1st place. The guy had gotten a ticket for having parked in a handicapped space in a parking lot somewhere 3 wks prior which was why the guy went & stole the parking sign.......he was trying to be a smartass. Well BF was sitting in his car close enough to hear all of what was going on & laughing his ass off at the guy. A cop came over & asked him what he was laughing at & he explained about my being in a wheelchair & that we have to battle those kind of jerks all the time, & that it was nice to see one of them get what was coming to them. W/C 2 AB asshole 0! :(

I'm not sure what was hard to understand about it.

A guy had gotten a ticket for being parked in a disabled parking space out in a parking lot somewhere. Being a jerk rather than not parking in disabled parking spaces he went out & stole a disabled parking space sign & nailed it up on his garage. On the back of his sun shield he wrote "Ha ha cops ticket this! Look I'm parked in handicapped zone with out permit.". By placing the disabled parking sign on his own garage door he made it a disabled parking spot & got busted for it all over again......so rather than it being him being a smart-ass he got busted even worse than the 1st time.

The others seem to have gotten the gist.

Aw, sorry but it may just be you on this one!

I think that's funny. Even more so that he actually wrote that on his sun thingy. I hate jerks who try to be smart and cute all the time. I'm glad he got what was coming to him.

I kinda wish I could give the cop a hug for thinking of that. That's awesome. I won't call people who park in handicap marked spots jerks cause I've had to do it (forgot my card) a few times and haven't gotten a ticket. But still, karma is awesome. Along with someone with a sharp eye and the sense to call someone out on it.
