hi I have cauda equina and have lessened sensation in my lower limbs. But I can move my legs. Am I consider as paraplegic?

I 2nd what dom said.....yes you'd just be a partial para.
My medical records list me as "gross bilateral neurological deficit" & "paresis", which is just different medical terminology for being partially paralyzed.
