I am on yet another trial chair (invacare 9000 xdt ) and so far it is the best of the bunch regarding leg placement/elevation - it even has an articulating leg to compensate for my height. I like everything about this chair except how it handles.

When I am on a floor (or carpet really) it has zero traction - the wheels will literally spin. I have also noticed that the front casters are often millimeters OFF the ground, plus they spin around even when going straight.

I peeked at some reviews and so far not too many of them were good and was wondering if any of you have any reviews or suggestions to fix my wheel traction and front casters issue.

I have not yet placed an order for this chair - and other than that it is pretty much great.
