Losing Weight what to do

l never fully recovered my ideal weight and dont have the appetite for big meals,i dont work out but maybe i could do a little bit,what i want to know is whey protein a good way of building up weight without fat? ir is it just for bodybuilders? thankyou

Otherwise, yes, exercise in whatever way you can, as often as you can. It will improve your health and happiness.

Yeah.
I've tried protein shakes, I've tried high carb diets, high protein diets. I've tried little-and-often and five solid meals.
I think it's the meds, and the injury-associated systemic imbalances, and possibly some food intolerance. I'm still investigating it, and I'd advise you to do the same: study what you're eating, but also get some tests done to see if there's something you're not digesting, or something that's interfering.

I just recently went back on Oxandrolone, a mild anabolic steroid and have been putting on a pound each week of muscle.
You can only do a 12 week cycle at a time, but it's a jump start.
