I know I just got back after a bit of an absence, but I'm off again, and this time, I thought rather than disappearing, I'd actually say something. I got the offer of a free room for 5 days in a resort centre on the Polish Baltic coast, and I decided to take it. The last few weeks have been a bit stressful and I need to recuperate. The sea always does me a power of good. So, I'm leaving at 6 am - that's in just a few hours - to take a train to Szczecin. I'll have no Internet while I'm there, so I'll see you all when I get back.

All the best.
Derek.
