Probably vibrations and pressure.. shift more in the car, see if it helps any.

Is that when you drive or when someone else drives? How much leakage do you get and how far into your drive/ride? Perhaps check yourself for wetness after all your drives at first. If it is after all drives it could be vibration. It may be seating position which can put more pressure on your bladder, could be the way you drive (are you a worrier or a road rager?) or it could also be vibration or even that your air cushion doesn't have enough air in it and puts pressure on your pelvic floor. Do you drive on the motorway (freeway) or on more curvy streets and what type of hand controls do you use? Turning the wheel more or the type of hand controls could put more pressure on your bladder because of the different muscles used. If you do change anything, perhaps try one thing at a time or you won't know what helps and what doesn't. Using the cruise control could also help.

I have noticed when I am in a vehicle, where I have had to transfer from my chair, my urgency to void is much more often then when I am riding ina van or train in my chair. I think the vibration is part of the problem but when I am in the sedan, out of my chair I am sitting straighter and pressuring my bladder more direct.
