Hi everyone! I'm back, soliciting your perspective on another topic, schedules.

I'm wondering how you all work out your schedules so that your SCI loved one is up, taken care of and ready to face the day, and you are too! My fiance (c5/6) just spent two weeks with me, and I didn't take any time off, so it was definitely crazy trying to get everything done and get to work on time. To complicate matters, I work an overnight shift right now! We got through it, but only slept about 5-6 hours, and obviously that's not sustainable in the long term. (We are back to our "normal" lives now and exhausted!)

We were discussing possible schedule arrangements last night, I'm sure we'll be able to come up with something but I thought I'd ask you guys how you do it, too!

We would like to have an aid come in at some point in the future, but it will probably be a while before we can afford that.
