I'm 17 years old and a T3 quad...diving accident. I'm new to the site and am overjoyed to find a place that people actually understand what i'm going through! I've been having a rough time lately, still getting used to this new life. Any advice for a new wheelchair user, just daily living tips that the OT doesn't teach?

Charlotte :)

Well welcome to the gang. If you have trouble with something we'll be more than happy to help........but what the OT did or didn't cover can be very different depending on where you went & who you had teaching you. So when you have something more specific I can help ya......but just can't think of anything off the top of my head at the moment.

Hi Charlotte,
Because all of our limits are so very different, if you have a specific question, please feel free to ask it.
