It is possible that the leakage is related to the spasms. It can take a while for the body to adjust to a new chair,, even if it is almost identical to the previous one... At least, that's been my experience,, limited as it might be.

I've used a number of different condom caths,, and the only way I stay dry with any of them is by resorting to a wrapping of tape.

There are a lot of guys, here, with a lot more time in chair than me,, so I'll be waiting for their posts, too.

I have the same chair........ Love the reclining backrest and seat, but like my Quickie P300 electronics and rear wheel drive better.... Never had any condom problems, I use tape like edlee....

Are your foot rests adjusted right?

It would be nice if we could test drive these chairs for a few days before purchasing one....
Hell, they cost more than a car........

Jim yes u right, i wish we could drive these chairs for a few days first. The only thing they let u do is get in it for 30-60min and ride around but then the chair is still not fit for the person, i have a quickie 646 and i like it asx well, i think i just have to get use to this chair, and u right it cost more than a car.

Probably only a week or so for my body, but a month or two getting used to the difference in suspension, and weight distribution. I'm still using manual chairs, so all the dimensions are very close to the same,, but I still found it felt,,,odd,, for a while.

There are some , here, who use adhesive to hold their caths. I'm new enough at this to not have much experience with different styles. I have been using Coloplast,, Freedom, for about a year, now, with reasonably good results.

Hope you get things staightened out soon.

Pow, Have you got a descent cushion in the chair? The standard Permobile seat could me your spasm problem. I have been using the
Rochester wide band external caths, no leaks, no skin problems. May want to try them.

Glad things are starting to go well for you, Pow,,, As you know,,, this being crippled shit is a pain in the ass.

Hell,, I can remember having a truck,, back when AB,, that if anyone else drove it while I was at work,,, I knew. Everything would be as I left it,,, but it felt,,, different,,, I knew. I haven't had anyone else in my chair, so I don't know if I could tell or not... But I think I would.

best of luck
