hi sorry but dont know about manufactor as i bought it from a dealer who fits adaptions for the disabled(brand new)
how it works is when you first switch the ignition on it automaticly depresses the clutch pedal when you then rev up (on push pull )
the clutch slowly engages.then to change gear thers is a small button on the gear lever to press which then disengages the clutch
when stopping the clutch automaticly depresses nwhen on tick over
very easy to fit yourself

When you downshift,, can you use engine braking,, or does it depress the clutch, as in stopping? If I'm going to use in the Jeep,, I'll want to be able to go down hills using the engine braking instead of the brakes, to keep traction.
I guess I should google this,, but you already have one, so I thought I'd ask.

hi , yes you can still use engine braking the button on the gear lever lets the clutch up immediatly so as you can see it just drives like a manual apart from the starting and actual stopping
